Tokelau is an overseas territory of New Zealand. All New Zealand laws related to the Aviation rules apply here. Since August 2015 you must have permission from the landowner for each flight. In the National Parks you must contact the DOC (Cost ~ 56 NZ $) and in general urban spaces you must have permission from the City or District Council. T

Maximum hight: 120 meters / 393 ft.

Maximum horizontal distance: 1 km / 0.62 mi, but keep visual contact with UAV

Insurance: Not known

Minimum age: 

Distance Airports / Heliports: 4 km / 2.4 mi.

Night flights:  Prohibited

Prohibited: not in the neighborhood of military , ships,  people, animals, government buildings, playgrounds

Freq voor FPV: 5,8 GHz
